Same issue on Xbox series X. They knowingly sold us a broken game that they didn't fix last year. Super frustrated as I spent 10+ hours setting up only to crash and currupt saves.

Offline! Same exact issue as last year. After about year 7 it crashes and corrupts saves. 2 years now ive wasted 70.00 just to be forced back into playing Madden 21.
- @Dontavrey multiple community managers are responding to this issue but nobody is doing anything about it. There's a massive bug with online franchise de-syncs and there's this same M22 issue with offline franchises. There's literally 0 options to play franchise right now.
I can't access my discord league franchise through the search option the commissioner of the league can't invite me, he gets an error message.
I've tried EVERYTHING, and madden tech support, while demanding respect, has treated me very poorly.

Yep. Same thing just happened to me after 9 whole sessions. My autosave file will not load. Wasted time. I will not buy another Madden until I see this issue fixed in a patch note.
They've made it fairly clear with this repeated bug and initial reviews they're having on NHL 23 release that they don't care and are nothing more than a money grab at this point. They're done innovating, can't innovate, haven't innovated, don't listen to their customers, don't play their own games, and really don't care about any of us or the product. It's time for a new company to get licensing for these leagues.
I'm going to keep bumping posts with this issue until we get some sort of fix or answer. It has been two years without a fix.

After the latest update, not only have they fixed the issue I ran into a new problem with my offline franchise not allowing me to progress any further after 4 seasons and then encountering the corruption glitch when I had to back out of the franchise

so, basically you can play 4 seasons, and that's it...
yeah, i ain't starting a franchise if all i can get is 4 years in...
this game is literally unplayable, in any mode on any platform.... a complete, utter mess...
So, it's April 2023 and this issue still exists. Ridiculous! I grinded away at Franchise mode and made it to 2036 before the glitch showed up. Played a game and it hard crashed, corrupting both my autosave and previous saved file. I could no longer get in. I went back and created a second franchise and simmed 10 years, played a few games, tried to save and it hard crashed again. Here are some of the particulars:

Did I use any custom draft classes?- Yes, multiple dowloaded from madden community share
I have also seen the bug where there are no coaches to hire as OC/DC after the year 2030. Had to create a new character and fire one from another team in order to fill the role.
It makes no sense to have played hundreds of hours with this game only to have it crash this way. I'm an OG madden player, going all the way back to the original game in 1989 will before franchise mode existed. FIX THIS!
