I know these have been frustrating issues to deal with. We're aware and investigating, but I'm afraid right now I don't have a time frame for when this might be fixed.

That’s not okay. EA is selling something that does not work. In most industries, something like this would result in a recall and refund for the customers. Instead maddens social media is full of MUT advertisements, because thats where the money is. They don’t give two * about the people who actually play the game.
