I know these have been frustrating issues to deal with. We're aware and investigating, but I'm afraid right now I don't have a time frame for when this might be fixed.

This is still an issue so it's very * clear you haven't looked into *. FIX YOUR * GAME or better yet DON'T RELEASES UNPLAYABLE GARBAGE INTO THE WORLD. I legit don't know how you guys mess up so often and get to keep your jobs and the company stay afloat. PLEASE let someone else have NFL rights so we can have a playable game that doesn't delete saves. You're fan base (what's left of it) is begging you.
