Trying to load into franchise and it says the sever cant process my request

Type of Network being used: Wi-Fi (Optimum)
Date/time issue occurred: 12/13/2022 since 1:54:06 PM (EST)
Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)? Yes. "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu."
What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck? Trying to load my Cloud-Saved Franchise.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Released a player on my roster.
How often does the bug occur? Every time.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to load a Cloud-Saved Franchise.
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've tried restarting the PS4, rebooting my modem, disconnecting and reconnecting my PS4 to the network, and played other online games without issue. - 3 years ago

Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)? Yes, every time I try to log in into my connected Franchise, it say Server cannot proccess my request
What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck? try to log in again
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Play connected Franchise and hit the ready option
How often does the bug occur? Every time since that date
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? , Try to go to my Franchise and log in

What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck?
Every time I try to start my face of the franchise QB career it throws up the error message and will kick me back to choose a different career, my HB one works but I am 4 seasons invested on my QB
What was the last action you completed before it happened? I just turned the system on and attempted to load the QB career and it will not let me
