Summarize your bug I was winning a H2H match with a considerable margin, when suddenly, the opposing player pauses the game, and the game proceeds to be disconnected. The match ends and I'm informed that I will not be getting any losses or stats recorded. I shrugged it off. The next match, I get to half time, again I'm winning by at least 2 touchdowns, we hit half time and again. match disconnects during the halftime lineup edit. I'm informed that I will not be getting any losses or stats recorded. This time it bugged me because I realized I'm now wasting time trying to get stats and points to level my season pass because... I'm not getting any points or stats. I am not sure weather this was sheer coinsedence, or players exploiting madden to not get a loss. however, I'd like to know how I can open a ticket to get credit for those two matches I won, and how I can continue to receive credit for the missions that I'm not getting credit for in the future.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? maybe by beating someone by 2 or more touch downs before halftime.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get credit for anything. no win, no loss,(although it has only happened when I'm winning) no gold for the match, no credit towards any of my passes.
What do you expect to see? My wins, gold, and progress towards season pass completion
