I am not receiving my 88 BND harvest player. I played the challenges to get one pack and I did not receive it and I played online and earned the same pack and did not receive it. How can I get the packs?

I have not received rewards for the following:
1. Daily objectives for day one of Season 3 field pass, including progress toward greater daily objectives goals
2. Solo Battles reaching legend rank at the end of the week.
3. The rewards for the Turducken Tourney, which also doesn’t display the rewards list anymore. This is the most frustrating of all - trying to get a harvest theme team, grinding through these long, ridiculous games and then not getting any rewards for it.
Live chat said they couldn’t help and just sent a link to the general forum page, telling me to post all these complaints in one thread and hope a developer team member addresses it.so please help!
