Madden 23 Lost connection to EA servers... TRASH!!

First off, EA needs to update their servers. This game is a absolute disaster. Can't play ANY mode unless it's play now. Every single game will kick you out in the 4th quarter with the message "you've lost connection to the EA servers." I've redownloaded the game, hard reset router and Playstation, made sure my NAT was open, deleted saved data, restored license on Playstation. Nothing. I'm done with it. Trying to get a refund now. Save 100 bucks and don't buy this trash. EA better get it together if they plan on having jobs in the next 5 years. I won't be buying anything else from them.

    Connection issues can be absolutely infuriating! If you'd like to go through some additional connection troubleshooting, let me know what platform you play on and if a wired or wireless connection is being used. Thanks!

    It's a broken game right now has been from release, I raised multiple issues on the forums and reported endless bugs only too get banned and they can't even tell me what for
    small time madden player here probably play a month or two a year on release and I can honestly say this year has been the worst from EA absolute shambles

    Yeah, this years Madden drops connections more times than DJs drop a beat! It's freaking horrible! They need to do something or I'm going to request a refund!

    I’m literally tired of this company, servers are always garbage. I can’t even play franchise mode because the game can’t connect to itself. I’m not doing any of these steps nor am I going to do your guys job for you. These things should all be fixed in updates. I literally just updated the game and now all the sudden it can’t connect to the servers. I’m beyond irritated at this point and like I said I’m not doing any precautions or steps bc all of it should already be handled. I don’t work in IT nor do I want to. I just want to turn my game on and play it.
