Madden 23 missing content

Hello I won a giveaway for Keenan Allen and 20k training on March 7 but I haven’t received a whisper from twitch yet. My name on twitch is future_cp3 and I have a clip of the stream also if needed. I was just wondering if I could find some help on how to receive these items

    If not we may need to reach out to the Madden Twitch Channel that selected you for the giveaway for further assistance.

    Thank you for the help. I have tried reaching out to ea support to make different cases but I have yet to receive a solution. The stream where I won the giveaway was on GM Madden on March 7 and the host was rg_madden

    If they are unable to offer further assistance then I would recommend reaching out to the Twitch channel that selected you as a winner for further assistance.

    On March 8th I watched the TOTY reveals live stream on EAMaddenNFL on Twitch. I got a whisper from ea_gmm_help saying that I won a TOTY Fantasy Pack shown in the screenshots below. I have messaged EA Help twice and was told to post here to get a response to hopefully get my pack in the near future.
