Madden 23 Multiple controller inputs

Operating Madden from a PC, after starting game through Origin, game starts up normal.  However, once the game boots up to the main menu screen, the game reacts as if there are multiple controller inputs to the game.  No matter what manual inputs I make (using either Xbox One controller or keyboard) the game still acts as if there is another "automatic" controller reaction.  At this point the game is unplayable.

Running WIndows 10

Processor: Intel Core(TM) i5-6600K

RAM: 32.0 GB

 Attached is the DirectX Diagnostics

Please Help!

    @Jega80 I’m on PC too. You’ll always have two controllers because the game thinks of the keyboard as a controller. But you can also have two real controllers. What controller are you using? I used an Xbox last year and a PS5 controller this year and both tines I’ve used DS4 Windows and haven’t had an issue.

    Xbox One wired controller.  The game acts as if there is a constant, non-manual controller input.  This happens with no keyboard or controller plugged into the computer.

    Bumping this post.  Still no fix to this problem?

    Does it take a full week before any Devs reply to this problem???  I still cant play this game!
