Madden 23 MUT Error Code

From Christmas to this day I have been unable to access my Madden 23 account so I was wondering if others have this issue and if any EA workers can help me my PSN username is reconrover

      Are you on PS4 or PS5? Could you also let me know where exactly in MUT you're receiving this error- is it as soon as you try to enter MUT, or are you able to get in, but see this error when you try to load into a game or challenge?

        @EA_Solaire I play ps4 and it happened as soon as I click on ultimate team
