- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
I want my money back how is this still a problem, I have spent over 300 dollars on this damn game and can’t even play a * solo challenge, I literally want my money back. Just ducking Refund me I’m done with this *
My brother was having the same problem with this situation. He got the game for playstation5 last week. He clicked something which brought up accepting EA terms and conditions and he had to accept them and now it works. He doesn't know what he did though. This all happened as i was reading the comments here. Hope this helps a bit.
I've tried all the fixes and still haven't been able to connect to ea servers. I have tried everything you guys have said to do and still nothing. It's bad enough your page won't work when trying to get a call back and nobody seems to care to give me a reply
