As long as that's the case, any "control" is nothing more than a dice roll and an illusion at best. Discerning players are not buying into these tactics anymore and haven't been for a long time. These are the same players that will no longer be buying the game in it's current state, not matter how many marketing words are used to hype it up.
The Sr. Game Design Director goes over how FieldSENSE will change up how plays will end up based off your actions in game. You'll see more outcomes determined by physics. Thoughts on the video?

RyanMoody21 on youtube breaks this video down. It's not great. It's better, sure. But not great. The animations are still canned. THAT is a lot of the problem. If player collision was built on actual physics and not canned animations you'd have a much better game.
