Anyone figured this out without any hardware change?

    Actually I did. 
    i kept trying to open the game with an Xbox profile that wasn’t the same one linked to my a sports account. 

    once I loaded the game with my es sports enabled gamer tag it worked. I was even able

    to switch my gamer tags back to The other one.
