Hello, I play on an Xbox One S, and about a month and a half ago this issue occurred I thought that if I had given it a week or two it would stop and you guys would fix it so I've been trying to connect with Microsoft about a refund but they are not giving me one. Now I know that I probably should have done this earlier, but do you think that you guys could try to help me find a solution?

Hey Everyone,

Wanted to give a quick update since our changes last week we've seen a few recent reports of players getting the error message "Our servers cannot process your request". In order to keep information and reports more organized I've split the most recent report into their own threads (depending on what's being experienced) and will be closing this thread.

If you are encountering the above error please first try to fully power cycle the console and internet equipment, so that you have an open NAT, and your device and game are updated. If you continue seeing the error provide details in the correlating thread.

I am on ps5 and every time I try playing any mode or challenge in ultimate team it says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Haven’t been able to play anything since I got the game.

I have two accounts on the same ps5 that are playing the game and the ultimate teams have switched accounts. PlayStation account a has madden ultimate team b on it and PlayStation account b has ultimate team a on it.

@Arsenal1331 To confirm you've seen your progress from one account switch with another PSN account on you're PS5?

Also to confirm are you still getting the error you initially posted about?

Since September 28 when I try to play Madden Ultimate Team, I receive the following message: "ERROR Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. OK"

Summarize your bug Every time I try to load to my team on the franchise it kicks me out and says our servers cannot process your request and now it’s now even letting me get into the franchise

What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me to the main menu and says servers cannot process your request the game won't let me back into the franchise

Having issues connecting to a online franchise. Franchise name is Prime Time 23. Gamer tag is Ajb1537.

Happened all weekend just happened again today (10/4) at 8:40 central time.
I left by accident and I am trying to rejoin.
Any information on how I can fix this or if you need more information would be great.

When I try to play madden ultimate team it brings up our servers can’t process your request at this time
this is on xbox series x
My gamer tag is zart1902
it has been like this about for about 2 months
It works on my other account
I have tried all off the troubleshooting that ea support and Xbox told me to try

Hi @Ajb1537 I would recommend trying the following steps, then launching Madden to see if this continues,

Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)

Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check

Check for updates

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open you're Xbox NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console
