Hello, I play on an Xbox One S, and about a month and a half ago this issue occurred I thought that if I had given it a week or two it would stop and you guys would fix it so I've been trying to connect with Microsoft about a refund but they are not giving me one. Now I know that I probably should have done this earlier, but do you think that you guys could try to help me find a solution?

Wanted to give a quick update since our changes last week we've seen a few recent reports of players getting the error message "Our servers cannot process your request". In order to keep information and reports more organized I've split the most recent report into their own threads (depending on what's being experienced) and will be closing this thread.
If you are encountering the above error please first try to fully power cycle the console and internet equipment, so that you have an open NAT, and your device and game are updated. If you continue seeing the error provide details in the correlating thread.
