    Hey Everyone, 

    Wanted to give a quick update since our changes last week we've seen a few recent reports of players getting the error message "Our servers cannot process your request". In order to keep information and reports more organized I've split the most recent report into their own threads (depending on what's being experienced) and will be closing this thread. 

    If you are encountering the above error please first try to fully power cycle the console and internet equipment, so that you have an open NAT, and your device and game are updated. If you continue seeing the error provide details in the correlating thread.

Summarize your bug After upgrading the Monster Ezekiel Elliot and adding a chemistry, I was kicked out of MUT and have since not been allowed back into the mode as it constantly gives "sever error." I have hard reset my console and still the problem persists. I have spoken to others in the community who have the exact same issue of adding the chemistry locked them out. I have try accessing MUT from the Xbox One version (previous gen) and the same error occurs. I can play the Franchise mode and Play Now fine, but I cannot get into Ultimate Team. Additionally, I cannot access my binder in the Companion App, so it is as if I have been banned from adding a chemistry to a player.... Please fix this ASAP.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade and add chemistry to the Most Feared Monsters, I know specifically the Zeke causes it, but the Devin White, Claypool, and Douglas may also cause it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Server error pops up and prevents me from entering Ultimate Team
What do you expect to see? Entering Ultimate team

Glad I'm not the only one and I checked before reinstalling on Series X. 

First Madden purchased in decades after trying last years on gamepass for 'free.' Gonna be the last purchased. Far too many bugs and stuff going wrong for a triple A title. Sad,
