I have pain.... Madden 23 Ulitmate Team doesen´t work... madden 23 our servers cannot process your request at this time I play on PC with EA Play Pro. i tried Restart PC, Internet and Game. ...

    Hey Everyone, 

    I wanted to give an update on the "Our servers cannot process your request at this time..." message. First thanks to everyone that let us know about this and shared needed information. 

    The message itself is a general connection one that can have multiple causes, some of which should be now fixed by the team. 

    Due to this, and the thread having a mixed bag of messages about various other issues not related to the error we will be closing this thread down. if you run into the error message above while trying to play Madden 23 please make a new post HERE and be sure to provide the following information: 

    Platform(Include which Generation):

    PSN ID or Gamer Tag:
    Type of Network being used:

    Date/time issue occurred:

    What were you doing when it happened?

    What was the last action you completed before it happened?

    How often does the bug occur? 

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

    Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: 

    We can take a look and provide any available information and if needed get new reports over to our team. From here I'll mark this post as the solution for everyone to see it easier.

Hi @KrapfiKra Thanks for this information, can you try the following to see if this continues?

  • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  • Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
  • Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
  • Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
  • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

I've literally tried all of this, haven't been able to get into Mut on my Account (Xbox) been talking with EA help all night and they haven't been able to fix it. Help

    Hey @ACExOTB @KrapfiKra To check can you try playing SuperStar KO then try accessing MUT?

      Both but both not Working i cant connect.

      Didn't work again. SSKO loaded up and I played a game then tried MUT and got the same Message. Some extra information just in case this is helpful, I can sign into my friend's account and load up into MUT but when I try my account it pops up that message, so I think it's account based.

        ok than must fix EA my and your accounts... i hear with an new account it works..

        but i have ea play Pro on this account for a Year buyed an can't cancell them.

        (A new account is no option for me)

      A other user write its account based... your my and the other accounts please whats wrong with that.

        Same thing guys I haven’t been able to play since around 4 est yesterday. At the beginning of the day I was able to play and then i was locked out. Really unfortunate if I can’t recover it like you’re saying its account based already bought multiple bundles. Playing Superstar KO did nothing
