    Hi @w0lverine0118 When you have a moment can you try the following?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    Hi, I am also having the same issues but on a PS4. I have successfully run two different Rookie seasons, then when offered a contract and I take it, it responds with the error message that the others are receiving. Can you please inform me on how to repair this?

      I also tried all the steps you already said to try, that's why I'm posting. Probably can't get my money back for the game since I've been playing it already. This really sucks

    Hello I have Ps5 and this error is also occurring when I select MUT challenges. I have spent  over 300 bucks for this game so this is not ideal. Can you please let me know how to fix this error ASAP.
