madden 23 overtime Glitch

I never knew a game not to know in ot with a touch down in the playoffs. Didn't the bills just lose to the chiefs by a first touchdown last year? The most famous Tebow game ended in a playoff first play touchdown. On the commentary the explain rules first touchdown win they explain this in game. Also the commentators said I won the game but it continued. I don't know if the rules changed this year but I haven't heard of it.

This is ABSOLUTE GARBGE EA the Regular season rules should apply in seasons and playoff can apply in playoofs superbowl. We come out in OT and the announcers are announcing the regular season rules..... I scored first TD and the announcers say that i won!?!?! Then not only does the clock run out on the OT period but my opponent gets another 4 minute period and is able to score and get a 2 pt!! FIX THIS ASAP

Still the same trash, not sure how this thread gets marked as "Solved" when it's broke as it was at launch in August. Should be reg season rules, announcers say it's reg season rules, then WHAM EA rams it in from behind on you once again. I understand they're not very good game developers at EA anymore, but at least they could hire someone who knows football fundamentals couldn't they???

I just figured this out as I was in overtime vs the Lions.🙂

This happened to me yesterday I literally scored in OT against this dude using the bills and I had cowboys so the game should’ve been over automatically then time expired and it gave him another possession this Is super dumb literally. 

There should be a overtime rule message during the coin toss and the ref explains the rules like it's a real game.
