I have had madden since it came out. Play now and franchise mode are stuck in preseason week 1. How do I fix this issue?
It is week 1 in real life…
I have deleted and downloaded the game again but nothing changed.
I also tried checking for live content and it said everything is up to date.

Have you had any luck? I think I’m going to try changing EA profiles but doubt that would work.
You would think a triple A title would have their act together but I guess not.
Madden 22 got stuck on preseason week 15 for play now and franchise mode.
I haven’t had time to check since this morning. Glad I’m no the only one experiencing this issue. I wanted to get my franchise started with live rosters after the update yesterday, it would only let me start with preseason week one. Very disappointing since I bought it the day it released & have been waiting on this day

read somewhere else that EA is no longer supporting this feature and will not do weekly updates. Kind of pathetic that they cannot honor a major feature for one of, if not their most successful title. How can 2k games continue to update their basketball games with “Daily” content as far as rosters and commentary? EA * on the customers, it’s so very pathetic. I would take a refund asap if they would ever do right by their customers. We’ve all been duped, especially those that enjoy this major feature over the few others.
