I tried that (refund/2nd order via in game link) didn’t help, still nothing. When EA screws us on GTs and UL weekends it’s one thing, but if they don’t make right on products delivered/products purchased, definitely a different story.
Any updates? If I don't get this soon I am canceling my pre order. I already got screwed on Christmas and Easter. Never received the golden ticket packs either. I l have been getting scammed all year but every time I spent money the transaction went right through. Not surprising.

When you performed a refund, did you go back in game and select the offer in game before pre-ordering again?
I did select add ons

I did the same, a week ago, and yes, made sure to click the in game link to initiate. Still nothing. Would really appreciate an update as a good bit of time has passed. Thank you.
What is going on EA? All of us have spent a lot of money for something we are not receiving. I don’t understand why this is such a hard fix.
This is a s#%! show. Spent over a half hour on a a chat with EA going round and round until they tell me that it’s an Xbox problem and there is nothing they can do for me. Now over an hour on the phone with Microsoft with no progress. They tell me that I will get the content when they actually charge my card for the preorder - 10 after Madden 23 releases! Gee thanks. They said the only way I can be charged now and release the content immediately is to buy a digital gift card and pay immediately. I do that, and now the gift card code won’t release as the charge is still pending. So that doesn’t work either. What an utterly horrible experience.
If you are having this problem on an Xbox One, I found the solution. You have to buy the new Series X/S. I had planned on buying one for my son before Christmas anyway, so I broke down and bought one now. Low and behold, if you drop another $500, you get your player that will be useless in two months. Seems worth it, right?
