Hello, EA: Top_Trojan_Virus PSN:Trojan-Virus22
Day 3 has passed since my pre order and no content received. Console has been shutdown and account signed out of and rebooted everything. Please advise for further steps.

Nothing, not even an update. I’m going to open a live chat ticket once more before the end of the month, if at that point they give the same run around, I’ll be canceling and giving up. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
- 4 years ago@sumatai I just got off live chat and they told me to submit something here and they was “not wanting the players to wait for there content” funniest thing I’ve ever heard.

Hello, I sent screen shots of proof of purchase including date pre ordered my email and gamertag in screenshots to an ea support tech and was told because they were screen shots off of my mobile phone ( my only access to internet) they would not accept them. I'm not sure how to provide more proof that I pre ordered the bundle.
