I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

Did you use the offer via in-game on Madden 22 and were then directed to the store?

@EA_Blueberry I honestly don’t remember, I believe I was in game and then purchased through MS store from Xbox home.
