Community ManagerI was advised to wait a day and report back. Now entering day 3, still nothing. Please advise.
Nothing, not even an update. I’m going to open a live chat ticket once more before the end of the month, if at that point they give the same run around, I’ll be canceling and giving up. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

That's the same reply they've been giving for well over a week now, unfortunately nothing has changed. Not looking good at this point.
