Can you confirm for me the Gamertag/PSN ID and platform you pre-ordered the game on?
Have you tried power cycling the console and then tried to login to the game to see if reconnecting to the servers will push the reward through?
I preoredered the madden 23 and did not receive my fantasy 99 in madden 22 either. My gamer tag is SycamoreSLICE

Is there a phone number for actual customer service vs general help? Paying for content not delivered is unacceptable, your investigation post updates aren’t sufficient. It’s refund time.
Same issue here. Ordered 2 days ago. Did eahelp twice and both times they acted like there wasn't even a promo for it. Xbox one. Tag Is Synopsis Psyche.
