I'm having the same issue. even went to EA help. They said the damn bonus pack didn't exist. Welp yeah. My GT is - IAmDislexic0 on Xbox series s. I am willing to provide order

Absolutely ridiculous. Canceled original order, went back in and re-ordered via in game link. No improvement, and zero replies from EA reps today.
