I’ve been having the same problem I’ve been waiting for almost 24 hours I play on Xbox 1 do you know if getting a refund and buying it again would work and yes I bought it threw the madden home page

I tried that (refund/2nd order via in game link) didn’t help, still nothing. When EA screws us on GTs and UL weekends it’s one thing, but if they don’t make right on products delivered/products purchased, definitely a different story.
