Madden 23 Pre Order - Have Not Recieved my free 99 OVR Player Pack for Madden 22

I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

This is currently showing on my MS Store order screen, new from last week, but still no actual product. Pic attached..

    Thank you for the picture. Just a couple questions here that I can help relay to the team.


    When you select it I assume there is nothing to install, correct?

    Also, it shows you are on the internal drive. Do you happen to have an external hard drive attached to the console?

      Correct, it says “no dload needed” I’m assuming because it’s content delivered in game.

      on the drive, no, no external.

        Thank you. Wanted to double-check and see if the game was on a different drive and the pre-order confirmation was saved to the other drive. You confirmed that's not the case, much appreciated!

        We're still looking into this and will update the post when we find out where the team is on the status of this. Thanks for waiting patiently on the sideline.

        I got it on my PS5 but my son didn’t on Xbox. His EA name is Bendreakus

      @EA_Blueberry I was just on a chat with an ea support tech and gave him all the information required proof of purchase with dates and everything and he would not accept them. I am quite angry as I spent the last hour getting the info he asked for only for him to tell me it was not enough
