Thank you. Wanted to double-check and see if the game was on a different drive and the pre-order confirmation was saved to the other drive. You confirmed that's not the case, much appreciated!

I'm in the same boat. I'm on PS5 and my ID is SirPhin. Multiple cases opened with support and they are useless. They just say the are aware of the situation and to keep an eye on social media. Yet there has not been any acknowledgement on socials that there even is an issue. I'm losing the value in this pack every hour. I've power cycled multiple times. Played solo's, H2H etc. trying to trigger that pack to no avail.
Please help.
