Madden 23 Pre Order - Have Not Recieved my free 99 OVR Player Pack for Madden 22

I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

First, thank you for pre-ordering and we'll make sure you receive your bonus Player Pack for Madden NFL 22.

Can you confirm for me the Gamertag/PSN ID and platform you pre-ordered the game on?

Have you tried power cycling the console and then tried to login to the game to see if reconnecting to the servers will push the reward through?

    Do you have DMs enabled? You also may need to create a post, give XP, or reply to a thread before unlocking the option to DM.
