Madden 23 Pre Order - Have Not Recieved my free 99 OVR Player Pack for Madden 22

I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

@EA_Blueberry I didn't see an option to send a DM but I'm experiencing the same issue with the preorder pack on xbox one. Gamer tag cadesky9329

To send a DM you select the name/image of the forum user on these forums to visit their profile and there will be an option to send a direct message.

We're on top of this though! The team is working on a solution to get the 99 OVR pack to players. We're still in the process of fine tuning all the details on how it will be done and  have all the information we need from our community. Thank you for being patient with us on this and we'll update this forum post as soon as we hear more.
