I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

I never recieved my pack. Gamertag is BIGDADDYFATCATZ and I play on a regular xbox one

I also have not received the Loyalty pack from pre ordering madden 23. My gamer tag is RecklessOwen, and i play on Xbox One
