I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

I'm the same way ordered it through madden 22 on my xbox series x yesterday and have not received the 99 ovr fantasy pack. I have the email confirming my pre order. My xbox gt is locobabyboy7
