Madden 23 Pre Order - Have Not Recieved my free 99 OVR Player Pack for Madden 22

I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

When you select it I assume there is nothing to install, correct?

Also, it shows you are on the internal drive. Do you happen to have an external hard drive attached to the console?

    I got it on my PS5 but my son didn’t on Xbox. His EA name is Bendreakus
