Madden 23 PS4 Flickering Screen Flashing Green Lights

Whenever I'm on the main menu or trying to choose a play in game, my screen flickers on and off and flashes little green lights all around. I'm on PS4 and none of my other games do this. I've tried everything from changing the setting on my game, my TV, and my PS4, reinstalling the game, and I even tried changing HDMI cables. Nothing is making this go away. I contacted EA help on Twitter and the person helping me was unable to fix the situation. This is my last resort. If anybody has a way to fix this, or at least tell me how to get a refund for the digital copy of Madden 23, that would be very helpful.
