Summarize your bug Game crashes and turns off my PS5. This has happened both when it has been downloaded and with the disk version. Both happening mid game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Downloaded the game twice...refund was issued by Playstation. Purchased the disk version..it's now happening with the disk version. We've cleared the "Cache". We've also installed any updates which hasn't helped.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes blank and it turns off the PS5.
What do you expect to see? A resolution. I'd like my money back if this issue isn't resolved.

Game crashes and turns off my PS5. This has happened both when it has been downloaded and with the disk version. Both happening mid game.  This is only happening with Madden 23.  All other PS5 games work.
