I'm having the same problem but on my Series S. I think it's HDR. when I turned off hdr, the noise goes down to a tolerable level, but for whatever reason it looks like 1080p not 4k, and anialiasing is not even working on Series S with a 65" Samsung TV. Looks fine on a 24" Vizio 1080p though...with no hdr. So on my PS5 I don't have the resolution problem, but there is still some noise. I honestly thought EA added a film grain to the game because it was a throwback. I also got some of it to clear up by turning off Game Mode on my Samsung. Bottom line, it's only Madden 23 and 22 that are doing this and M22 only started after one of the last patches towards the end of the season. 21 looks great on both machines. Ironically, even Madden 15 looks better on my PS5 than Madden 23 looks on Series S right now for me. I think it's missing the uhd texture pack...or the wrong color profile is being used.
