What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Fusion14

Summarize your bug Literally anytime I open the game (I first was on the trial, but purchased the game this morning) it crashes within a minute of the main screen loading. I've gotten as far as looking at the rosters (as long as I hurry) but it will still freeze and then crash. I have attempted to reinstall the game with no luck.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try loading the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? The entire game freezes and then crashes and I have to reload.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the game.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card?
Enter RAM memory size in GB
Please advise how I can play the game I just spent over $60 on, thanks.
- @ACFusion14 Same. Series X.
- This is a problem with the game bottom line. This went on the 3 past “next gen” versions of this game. I always played on a series s never had the issue. Trusted EA would have this issue resolved finally in 2023. I should have known better. I have upgraded to the series X and been complete let down. The game is unplayable. Crashes every 10-20 mins. I’ve tried all remedies offered in this forum nothing works. MAC address, dns server, reset to factory default, clear cache, all 3 of the preview builds, including removing myself from the program. Across 3 batches of consoles over the year. My buddy went through 2 series x even sent one in for repairs while mine is 2022 model. This is ridiculous and should be a priority without this getting fixed your new reward system is worthless considering it’s all has a expiration. I refuse to buy a series s again to play this game like the majority of your other customers. My grammar maybe horrible and I don’t care

EA sent their mercenary Claevon in attempt to diffuse obvious fault on their end. I guess I will do exactly what I had to do last year and play 2k.
