Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

Ive resigned to the fact that they have 0 desire to even look at it especially with marking this thread as resolved when it never was. Chalk it up to the usual EA group of do nothing but screw gamers over. I'm done with EA. Just look at Madden 26 and its out of the gate broken achievements that are 2 of the easiest achievements to complete the required goal and still not being fixed.
