Madden 23 servers

Alright so I've had this problem since beta and its still happening till this day while I'm playing the trial version of the game every time i load into the game it says i need to connect into online...

    Hey there, @chr8sta1n7 

    Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help get this resolved. I see you reset your router, but it would be good to power cycle your console and network. To do this, follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

EA Sports I've been sitting on 61 for about 2 weeks now and it will not give me Max level. It says I need(1,482,000 for the next level Max. I have been sitting on (1,460,000) for 2 weeks it have not changed at all
