Madden 23 Sign-in issue (Xbox Series X)
When I open Madden, I get the message "You must be signed in to Xbox network and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title".I have two accounts logged into on my Xbox Series X, and one of them works just fine, no issues, but whenever I try to switch to/open the game with my main account, I get this error message. What can I do to fix? Also, why does only one account have issues, the error says there is something wrong with my internet connection, but all online features work in the other account, and I have had no issues with other apps.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
