Madden 23 stuck on loading screen...

Anyone else get stuck at the home screen on the "play like mad"? This is super frustrating. Ive uninstalled the game twice, gave my xbox series x a hard restart and it is still doing this. Help pleas...

@EA_Illium Seeing if there is a solution just bought game and downloaded it and stuck on the play like mad loading screen

    @BD444 To confirm are you seeing the same message as OP with the "Duplicate Email"?

      I get past the entering email into the ea screen go to next screen and loading bar stops 3/4 way through almost at the end of the words on the screen ay like mad.  No choice to enter any kind of game mode.  I've uninstalled and installed it hard reset and nothing works

      has a solution come up?  I downloaded the game on 11-5-22 and the games asks to change password.  I changed my password, the email is correct. Then after that the game starts to load and stops at play like mad and stops.  I reset my modem, closed the game, reset the xbox. still nothing.  please help! thanks
