    Looks as if the Nike Run Club app finally sent me a notice that my rewards are available and i should see a notice in the Nike app in the coming days to get my shoes.  Thanks EA for all the help you never gave me as I figured this all out by myself! ;-)

    Leave it.  There needs to be a record of issues and how they are corrected, or in most cases not.
