They don't need to anymore. The game has been released they do not care about the EA play trial if you want to try the game out you will have to wait for the free play weekend

Kinda feels like a scam I bought ea play just to get the 10 hours free trial but I get no trial an ea gets my money thanks a lot I guess I’m the fool for thinking ea has changed

Not sure this helps but I was able to play the trial using my Xbox Series S though my trial says expried on Xbox series X. Same gamer tag and the X is the main Xbox. Only Gamer tag on either box though.

I'm having this trouble as well
So I purchase EA play again like last year to try maddens trial, and just like last year I play one game then it says my time has expired, I’m already leaning towards not getting the game and this is really justifying my way of thinking, either fix my trail and give me 20 hours ( to make up for last years B.S.) or give me my money back from EA play. So far I’m not gonna get your POS game when you can’t even do the trail right for the second year in a row. @EA_Kent @Bro you should quit your job, you’re terrible at it
EA will never change or be better. They have exclusive rights and no competition so why would they even try to be better? They just put out the same * year after year
