When i first open the game for madden 23 it keeps saying my time has expired? Why is this happening i just opened the game

- @EA_Aljo It finally let me play, but when i tried to play mut my progress for the initial challenges were not keeping any progress. So when I restarted the game it popped up with the same error message that i had used all 10 hours even though the pop up screen states i still have less than 10 hours remaining. Playing on series x
The same thing happened to me when i contacted ea help about the issue

My issue is on PS5. I still had 8 hours left. My game loads but does not let me log into the server and I also get an unknown error. I can play off-line modes but no MUT. This is frustrating.
Update on trial for Xbox one S?
We deserve free copies of the game or three really good packs or some free coin for the frustration and headache
Any updates? Like many here I’ve restarting the game multiple times with no luck. Still have just under 9hrs left.
Asking for a free game because the free trial doesn’t work, makes no sense. It would be nice as a company to continue good will to provide players /community some compensation via Madden Coins or Packs if not resolved prior to the game’s release.
- @visionquest75 They called me back and told me I had to have gamepass ultimate (I do) and then the said I needed EA PLAY PRO to access the trial. They straight up lied to me.
