This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. Apologies for the frustration! We're working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
@EA_Aljo It finally let me play, but when i tried to play mut my progress for the initial challenges were not keeping any progress. So when I restarted the game it popped up with the same error message that i had used all 10 hours even though the pop up screen states i still have less than 10 hours remaining. Playing on series x
The same thing happened to me when i contacted ea help about the issue
What did you do to make it work
My issue is on PS5. I still had 8 hours left. My game loads but does not let me log into the server and I also get an unknown error. I can play off-line modes but no MUT. This is frustrating.

Typical EA bs. They just copy and paste everything with some minor tweaks and all the same issues
I could only pray and hope that one day soon EA games would lose exclusive NFL rights. They put out the most garbage football game year after year full of glitches that never get addressed and in fact gets copied onto the new game. Wish EA would cease to exist
Still waiting for y’all to fix my trail or give me my $6 back from EA play that I paid for just for this trial. I’m not buying your * game till you do something!!!
