I was wondering the same thing. I’ve had my first Franchise get deleted by EA but luckily was able to continue before the New Year. Then maybe a month later that same League had it happen again for good. We started over and again it happened a couple years in after more time & effort my League Members & I put in. So frustrating.
And not once did any of us get a Beta Code or the 50% I’ve read about no matter where I write about it.
- @SteelDad89 I have no idea either, been asking on here for months, you'll get one of the mods (often barry) replying to the OP telling them to contact EA about it using the contact us page, but it's a total cop out
First of all actually trying to get a chat or email is nigh on impossible, I can't remember how I did it a few weeks ago but since then every possible option on madden just leads back to Answers HQ (aka this forum)
Secondly when I did speak to them before, the first guy I spoke to said there was a bug which meant not everyone who should have got the email did, and since then the people I've spoken with have contradicted him and said there are no such codes for the beta and discount to be had, even though I've seen youtubers talk about it, and people mention that some leaguemates have had emails about it - the whole thing is a joke and it's being handled about as well as the game usually is
