Madden Amazon Prime Gaming content not availaible in game

Hello,  linked my origin account to my Amazon Prime Gaming account and claimed the additional content for Madden Ultimate team, but the additionnal content is not available in, game. 

Chat support told me I haved to ask directly on the forum because they can do nothing.

    Hi, @minute_of_decade 

    When Amazon Prime Loot drops it's possible our staff didn't have the ability to grant it to your account at that specific moment, however they should be able to grant the latest one that dropped now. For clarity, our forum staff can't grant content and it's likely that they advised you to come here to raise this to our attention for public visibility on it.

    @minute_of_decade did you still not receive your pack(s)? sometimes it takes some time till the information went through the systems and you are granted the packs.

    if this is the case, you should have got them in the meanwhile, but maybe they went to your item binder without notice? did you already search for some NAT items (the content of these packs is always NAT) in your item binder?

    I hope you already got your packs. good luck!
