Just bought the bundle with madden and the xbox one and have had it for 2 days and still cant play the game...Ive re downloaded it twice and this is getting stupid. Anyone else having this problem? I would really like to play a game i played for...Thanks EA
I'm having the same problem. I bought the Madden 15 bundled with Xbox One and I'm put the code in and didnt recieve the game. Everytime I put the code in now, it says the code has already been used. Im starting to get annoyed now because I cant even figure out how to contact EA Sports directly because thats what Xbox support told me to do.
I also purchased the XBOX One bundle, input the code and the game never went in the queue. I contacted EA on this site via chat and a ticket number was given to me. They referred me to http://help.ea.com/en/article/xbox-players-unable-to-redeem-madden-15-ultimate-edition-code/
That link does not seem to address our issue since it is referring to the Ultimate Edition and NOT the bundle download. They said they are working the issue and when it is resolved the game will be added to the download queue. No ETA was given and no explanation.
