Madden Franchise stuck on week 1 not updating with real stats and rosters

Why does this keep happening? Madden passed away and EA still can't get it right. This is a disgrace all the money that we pay this seems like a services not rendered situation. This is now week 5 but of you start a new franchise is says week 1???? Get this fixed asap this is ridiculous this has happened the past two years.
