I know it's too late, but i had the exact same issue and this is the only thing that worked:You simply have to port forward with TCP/UDP, the port numbers are 443 for both TCP and UDP. @LeonardoMunoz7 I'm not sure whether my proposal is already covered by what you already did (I'm not used to xbox myself), but my first guess would be trying a full power cycle. I've read that power cycling your device might solve issues regarding the connection to EA servers.how to do it (taken from a post by @EA_Aljo): >>> unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. <<<by the way: I'd always suggest to connect your device hardwired to your router/modem if feasible. Madden is very sensitive to lost data packets. since WiFi is less stable than cable you might avoid some frustration due to lost connection (for instance during playing H2H or at the end of solo games if the game is counted as a loss due to lost connection and all progress is gone).hope that helps. good luck!

@EA_Blueberry Alright blueberry, so I just had a technician from my ISP come by, he ran tests and said everything looked good. He even replaced the equipment and I’m still getting the same error message. The fact that I get the error message after that and when trying to run the game off my phone hot spot points towards the issue being on EA’s end.

I unfortunately can't make any account changes from my end and last update I had was that this was going to be addressed for those with multiple Gamertags/PSN IDs on their account in the near future. I'm in the process of tracking down more info on this, however this will ultimately need to go through a fix on the back-end which I can only ask for your patience while the teams work to implement a long term fix. I haven't been able to log into madden 21 servers starting on 1/8/21. Today is 1/11/21. My xbox live is up to date, i have no problems playing any other online games. I was able to log into madden 20 today & play just fine. I also have the madden 21 companion app & can't log into that either. It says having problems communicating with madden 21 servers. Ive been emailed 2 different TS pages from ea help & nothing is working. Ive cleared the reserved space, uninstalled & reinstalled the game, deleted gamer tag, changed ea account password, hard restart on my xbox. Ive connected to 2 different internets & still not working.

I get the attached message every time when trying to sign in for the last two days. 1/12/21.
I have been in touch with several EA staff members and have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas and nothing has worked so far.

@rickysteve40 did you already try to power cycle your device? I've read that doing that solves some connection issues.

You have posted on the FIFA forum but I might be able to assist you. Can you try reconnecting to your internet through your xbox settings.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network speed & statistics.
